Last week Veruca Salt was excited to attend the much anticipated fashion show from ‘King of the slogan t’ and British artist Toby Mott.
Having been a fan of his witty t-shirt designs for many a year – who could forget Ms Carrie Bradshaw wearing her ‘I have nothing to wear’ design on SATC , we were excited to see what the new Vintage Collection had in store for us!
Held at the Masonic Temple inspired Mason House, W1, we hopped into our Lux Uber ride (for those who live in the dark ages and haven’t already downloaded this on-demand, hassle-free taxi service app, we urge you to do it fast!!) and headed to Mott’s ‘Show me the Moët’ event.
Full of beautiful people wearing cheeky Mott designs such as ‘I do things I shouldn’t’, ‘I ♥ boys’ and ‘I need therapy’, we were also pleased to see some new additions from Mott’s Punk Art Archive Exhibition. Metallic foil flags and ‘T Girl’ were some of our favourites from the night and we were pleased to hear Mott will be opening his own online shop soon making it even easier to pick up his coveted designs.
Word on the street is Mott’s still got it, so grab your favourite now before stock runs out!
Veruca Salt are also offering £20 off your first ride with Uber to all new users – simply enter the promo code below. Feel free to spread the #UberLOVE and pass this onto friends and family too!
