This Easter weekend Veruca Salt will be bunny-hopping it over to newly opened Chelsea restaurant, Rabbit and their sister restaurant, The Shed.
Both venues will be offering the traditional Russian Easter delicacy – Paskha. Made with egg custard it is delicious and the perfect treat to be enjoyed with a home-made hot cross bun!
Paskha originates from Eastern Orthodox countries and is made using food forbidden during Lent including the main ingredient tvorog, eggs, vanilla, almonds and raisins. A combination of this Russian rarity and the venues favourite English Easter indulgence – hot cross buns will be served to all. Yummy 🙂
